Deisngs Inc.  He is a local builder currently building on semi-serviced 1/2 acre and 3/4 acre lots on Old Broad Cove Road and Sparta Drive (which is a new development called Windsor's Gate in Portugal Cove-St. Philip's, Newfoundland.  This new Development has just had the road paved to the first Phase which has 16 3/4 acre lots available. Dan Whelan is all about quality. He is an architectural draftsman who designs and builds his own house plans or he can build a plan you already have purchased.  This builder doesn't build what we call in the industry a "cookie cutter house".  He customizes every plan he builds so you will never go into your neighbors home and find the same floor plan but with different paint colors...
