Let me introduce my high-energy partner, Dave O'Reilly.  Dave is very knowledgeable and experienced in many facets of the real estate industry.  Dave has a great deal of "building experience" which he acquired when he oversaw the construction of 110 homes as a building contractor for 4 years. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) from Memorial University and he is a fabulous troubleshooter.  He is someone you want on your team.
